Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees

깨끗하고 쾌적함. 워터파크 이용할때 원더 도어가 편라했음. 대기없이 수영복입고 입장, 물놀이후 바로 숙소와서 씻음. 체크아웃 하는 날 말고 체크인할때나 연박으로 묵을때 사용하면 편리함. 숙소 청결. 숙소에서 간단한 요리 할수 있으나 우린 딜리버리 서비스 이용함. 조식 맛있고 직원들 친절함. 내년에 가족과 또 방문 예정. 😊

這次是第一次來，我們預訂了樂天水上樂園跟家庭房含早餐的組合，覺得很划算，很適合夏天來玩水度假。 早餐的豬肉湯飯也很好吃😋。家庭房設備有小廚房，洗碗水果很方便，稍微可惜的是沒有微波爐。吹風機是dyson，熱水壺是balmuda，還有浴室提供的盥洗用品也很香很好用，飯店在備品方面蠻注重需要細節的，住起來很滿意，會讓人想再訪。

호텔 시설이나 주차는 너무 편하고 좋았는데 침대와 침대 옆에 선반 사이 틈에 먼지가 너무 많았어요. 그외는 직원분들 친절하시고 침대도 편안하고 좋았어요. 휴가때 가족들과 자주 올것 같아요. 워터파크 이용도 편하고 주위 맛집이나 쇼핑하기 좋아요

ロッテホテル釜山と間違えて予約してしまいました。 ですがゆっくり過ごすには快適でした。 国内の方(主に小さなお子様のいるファミリー)の宿泊がメインなのか近くのアウトレットはローマ字表記が所々しか無くハングルに自信のない方は翻訳アプリは必須です。 歩いていけるアウトレットは良いお散歩コースといったところ。 安全に過ごせる場所なのでファミリー層が多いのも納得でした。 西面方面にお出かけの際はウーバーorカカオタクシーで(高速とばして)40分程度。(時間帯にもよりますが) 食事はホテル内のレストランかアウトレットの3階かまあまあ歩く焼肉屋かといったところです。 地下1階にコンビニがあるので簡単に済ませたい方はそちらで事足りるかと。 作るのが面倒でなければミニキッチンが付いてます。 ほぼカード決済でいけますがホテルでは両替ができないので現金派の方は空港を後にする前に両替をおすすめします。 現地の方に「周り何もないでしょ？」といわれるくらい静かな場所なのでゆっくり過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。睡眠の質はあがります。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さん気持ちの良い対応でした。(コンビニやパン屋さんのスタッフさんも) ペットOKのホテルなのでアレルギーのある方は注意が必要です。

객실은 넓고 훌륭했어요. 청소도 잘 되어 있고, 하지만, 안방 화장실에서는 시멘트냄새가 심하게 났어요. 하지만. 환기이후에는 괜찮아졌어요. 참을만 해요. 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 온돌방을 선택했는데, 너무 좋았어요. 애들도 방바닥에 이불을 깔고 잤는데, 너무 좋아했어요. 어른들은 침대를 사용했고. 쿠션과 베개도 좋았어요.
