"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location could not have been better, putting us right where we needed to be. What truly made our experience stand out was the friendly staff—everyone was so welcoming and attentive from the moment we checked in. The room was nice and clean and the bed was firm but relatively comfortable. However there is zero soundproofing in the hotel. I do not recommend for light sleepers or people who need a good night's rest. Overall, it was ok as a stopover, but if you stay there cross your fingers you don't have anyone above you.

Rooms are clean. Everything is a little older. It could take a little update, but overall I liked it. It was a bed to sleep in a pillow to rest my head on on my journey back to my family. The Staff was good polite got me checked in quick and got my key so I could go clean up and go to bed. Get some rest for the next day. You will hear a bit of a train because the trestle bridge is next to the hotel but for me it wasn’t too annoying at night. The Staff made sure I was parked in the proper parking lot and not in the city owned parking lot so you get ticketed or towed. It’s not a bad place. If you don’t mind driving into the centre of Parry Sound it’s like a 10-15 minute drive from the main highway.

It was very clean but a little cool temperature wise for our liking. The train ran behind us every hour so if you’re a sound sleeper it’s not a problem. Very polite staff and easy to deal with. Price was cheap compared to others around.
