Unit was clean and ready. However, a duvet was missing from one of the queen beds we had to wait until the next day to receive from the host. The wall heaters did not work. Every video they sent me to instruct how to use the thermostat was unhelpful. They were all in Spanish which I don't speak. Thankfully there were space heaters we found in the closet (which indicates the host knows something is wrong with the wall heaters). The unit was 55 degrees when we first got in the room. Without the space heaters - since we were also missing the duvet - it would have been a very difficult cold night.

Not bad but does have a couple of issues

Overall it was a decent stay at a good price for the area. It was a good sized apartment in a perfect area of town. However, the check in and check out process is not very clear. After having to jump through hoops to get registered, I was disappointed that they once again asked for the same information on the day of travel. getting the key, etc was also convoluted. The cleanliness and condition of the apartment was also below the standard we expected.

This place was amazing, beautiful, affordable and everything nice. To many positives to list. It's located in Arlington, VA which was convenient for my family because it was approximately 4 miles from D.C. So instead of staying in expensive downtown D.C we chose here and we would do it again. The highway is only about a mile away. Whole Foods, 7-eleven, Wells Fargo bank and many other stores are in walking distance. The property itself is beautiful. We had a slight problem with the parking spot but WhoHost took care of it after a brief phone call. Parking is $20 a day in an underground parking lot. Limited parking on the street. Inside the apartment looked just like it looked online. Two bedroom, two full bath, washer, dryer, patio and very very clean. Too many amenities to list. I could go on and on but this place was well worth my money. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Only con was that in the mornings it was kind of noisy outside. Garbage trucks, fire trucks every now and then and loud birds chirping. No biggie though.

there was no heat and I froze. Had to sleep in two full dress 2 sweaters and blankets from closet doubled over along with bed cover folded over. Turns out they knew that but did not mention it or the fact that hidden in one closet were two things that looked like fans but had small heaters in them. Miserable. And no offer of any refund or anything other than "sorry".

This is a pleasant apartment in an upscale and well kept building. The location is ideal being steps from the metro, close to National Airport, and close to many great restaurants. The apartment has all the amenities you could want. You will feel perfectly at home here.

This rental unit was in a great location for shopping, restaurants, and close to Washington, DC. The unit was very clean. There were two rooms with three queen-size beds. I loved that it had a hair and nail salon and grocery store in the building. I would rent again for sure.

Apartment was great and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The communication was clear. I wish the listing was made clear that parking should be taken care ahead of time. Since I knew it at the last minute, I had to pay last minute and had to follow up a couple of times with the support team to know how to access the parking tag, where to park etc. There was still good support from them but the churn I felt could be avoided.
