We would have appreciated an offer to get a meal package on our arrival. My wife thought she had the meal package at the time of booking and we did not know that everything and I mean everything was an extra cost. We upgraded our room and still had to pay for water in our room. On the day we checked out, we asked to get a coffee and had to pay for that. After spending $1000+ for a 3 night stay, I expected free coffee (not instant in our room). Everything we ordered, we immediately had to sign for, as if we were going to skip out on paying our bill. I plan to come back to Da Nang but it won't be here. I need to emphasize that the staff and facilities were great.

High quality hotel with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Gorgeous pool with an option of being close to the beach. Breakfast was very good and catered to suit everyone. I really liked the bathroom products which were lovely. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel most welcome during our stay.
