WS Marais was a painful experience. When we arrived in Paris, the fan in the apartment didn't work, the bathroom was a mess with water all over any time we took a shower and a stink emanating from the toilet area. The bed and pillow covers were not changed (Yuck!) and stinked from the previous people who used it.
Customer service is through Whatsapp and less than stellar...they are not as ready for English speaking people as you would hope... they send you videos in French when we asked for help with getting the fan fixed. Terrible service. When I demanded that they either fix the issues of move us, they did move us to another apartment.
Our first day in Paris was ruined with the delays in help we received and I am demanding a refund for a portion of the stay.
P.S: Don't expect any help from Expedia either. I find them to be typically useless in dealing with any issues with canned answers and unable to do much.
