Great location in central Paris at a reasonnable price. A nice arena of the city and close to the Louvre metro stop. The room was really nice and spacious with possibilities to make coffee and breakfast. The small kitchen also had a fridge. There is no reception desk for check-in and that was a bit inconvenient because I did not receive any instructions from the hotel upon arrival. Luckily I got help via phone. All in all a positive experience.

The check in was a little strange to me. Having no staff on site made it difficult to get any questions answered that I had. The access code panel on the first set of stairs was finicky. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I ran into a lot of people that had problems with it. Just keep trying and it'll eventually work. There were four security code panels before actually entering your room. So very secure. Almost too secure haha. Overall it was clean, in a neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants, and a short walk to/from the metro. Just have patience with the access codes and you'll love it like I did.

The building has no electricity, so arriving at night is extremely difficult — you can’t see anything. The staff is unbelievably rude. When I arrived, the code they had given me didn’t open my room door. A staff member came to “help,” and thinking I didn’t understand French, he told the person on the staff phone that I was being very impatient. That was absolutely disrespectful — all I did was politely ask for help to open my room. The heat in the room is unbearable, and there’s no air conditioning, only a useless fan that does nothing. Terrible place, I do not recommend it at all.

I have given this 1 star as we had an incident with the host and were left stranded for nearly 2 hours in lobby unable to access the building at 03:00am in the morning. No compensation offered. Just an apology which I felt was meaningless.

There is no street sign indicating WS. There was no soap or shower supplies to use. The sidewalk just outside the hotel was being demolished and under heavy construction, actively getting ripped apart as we were leaving the room.

Four security steps to get in. The second step is a speakerphone which doesn’t work. The room was clean and modern, once I got into it. Once in, I was afraid to leave! Totally inexcusable. I very shoddy operation. Too late, I read other reviews. They’ve had this issue at least a year. Be smart. Stay away.

Scam, a low price venu with cheap features low quality furniture, wannabe trendy but awful. The place is a nightmare , claims elevator access but I fact elevator is accessible frop the second floor , you have to climb a flight of 20+ stairs to get to it. Then a tedious multiple unsafe security checks.. Not at all good

Entering bldg from street to one's room is a headache one can avoid. 4 codes to reach inside of room. entering from street is fine, nothing on door or wall says the apts are there. Second code is simple if someone answers, I was stuck 20mns at least trying to get through. Eventually a nice man let me in. He told me sometimes customers have slept in hallway because no one answered. My room was small. Not recommended for couples.

Cependant, tout est correctement réglé par les informations reçues en amont du séjour (explications et codes divers) Lieu très fonctionnel, propre et convivial Un tout petit bémol sur les conditions climatiques actuelles malgré la présence de ventilateurs (sol et plafond). L’ouverture des fenêtres permet de retrouver une température intérieure correcte.
