The property Management company was very helpful and attentive. We made the reservation for the Captains Quarters on the 3rd floor facing the Atlantic Ocean with an amazing Beach ⛱️ view. I recommend this property for a Beach getaway. The only inconvenience is there's no elevator.

Very comfortable accommodations! Pet friendly, clean and great location on the beach. They have one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a hotel. I would highly recommend for a very tropical experience. The restaurant has delicious food. The beach is beautiful!

Nice birthday gift

We stayed with our pups and we enjoyed every minute of it. We celebrated my birthday. The hotel has a Very nice ocean view and a very good restaurant. The food was excellent! They even had food for our pups! Room was comfortable and clean. And the best part is that it is by the beach! Very nice stay!

What a beautiful hotel overlooking the fort Pierce inlet we had an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean from our room and the modern self check-in was a breeze and super convenient we actually made a email request before arriving and they responded quickly and was super accommodating we will definitely stay again

Stayed on the island 3 years ago and passed this place. Let me tell ya what they’ve done. New owners took over the restaurant and bar made it into what you see now. Great access to a white sand beach with a dune bar. Great service and food. Room service everyday don’t really need to go elsewhere but there’s plenty to do down here. Great for adults

I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back and spend more time. The check in system was remote, more like an Air bnb but the company was very responsive. Loved the onsite restaurant and bar. The staff were very nice. Only negative, is it seems it's located near a sewer lift station or something like that. There was quite a smell outside. There was also some issues with seaweed on the beach so that was a bit of downer, but the staff assured me that it was unusual so I'd give it another try. The room we had had older décor but was still very nice and roomy.

Sorry but it wasn't great

It was very loud, with music going on until 11 p.m. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, people just walking and opening doors. There were cigarette burn marks around the bathtub and sink. The room felt damp and smelled a bit of mildew. It's a great location for someone who wants to just party, drink, and pass out.

We had a great time at the hotel, some loud construction going on the entire time we were there so not as restful as we'd hoped. Also the shower head is terrible. The rain shower head barely put out any water, it was super annoying trying to rinse off. The room could have been cleaner as well. The microwave was dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom that did not belong to us. The bed sheets had a suspicious stain on them but seemed clean. The room was comfortable though with a great view and is very conveniently located to the restaurant downstairs. No ice to be found on property so if you need ice bring it yourself. Also the kitchen was BARE. No dishes, paper towels, silverware, nothing! I expected some bare minimum kitchen stuff. The cabinets are completely empty so I dont understand having a kitchen if the hotel does not provide the bare minimum. We would stay again but likely not the same room as we cannot justify paying for a kitchen and having nothing provided.

The room we received was not what we were told it was going to be. It was not oceanview and was very small with limited furnishings. No where to put suitcases, dirty microwave, dirty bathroom floor, no light outside the door to allow visibility of putting in door code, soap was so small you could use it only once, restaurant right below the room with band playing and customer noise. Positives were comfortable bed, accommodating and pleasant room servicers, new fixtures in bathroom, closet with hanging space and shelves, close to beach, great restaurant next door. After complaining to the management a couple days and sending them a copy of what we were told our accommodations were supposed to be like, plus having a leak from the bathroom upstairs into our bathroom, we were moved to a much nicer room with a balcony and ocean view for the remaining two days of our five night stay. Be careful regarding the advertisements of this property. If you want a room with an ocean view, a balcony and a more comfortable living space, only reserve the rooms with numbers designated in the 20's.

We stayed 4- 18-26 the chair in the room had mold on it, the bathroom drains did not drain very well and the shower was moldy and the tub had holes it. The balcony looked like I built it from leftover materials from a job site. The bathroom door had to be forced to close and open. Over all I could have stayed at the royal inn across the street and saved 75$ it's to bad , I've stayed there before and had a great experience, maybe there's a new owner that doesn't care. Antoine

The advertisement said balcony ocean view. It should have said shared walkway with two little chairs. And the ocean view was through a window that has a staircase in front of it. The first night it was nice and quiet. Friday night the music from the restaurant takes over the room. Pets are allowed, even great big barking dogs. Thin walls and floors make that a treat. It was nice to sleep to the pitter patter of dog nails all night long. One would think you could turn on the tv to drown out a little noise, but the cable was not hooked up, and the WiFi for streaming was not working. If you plan on getting wasted by the jetty and need a place to crash maybe this is your place. Positive note, food at the restaurant was good.
