8/10 Very good

This spa retreat is fully equipped with all needed to rest and rejuvenate in the same location. Everything and everyone was top tier in service and presentation. The only let down was the food and even that was fine it just didn’t match the other areas of excellence
Easy like Sunday morning 🧖🏾‍♀️

I was mildly hopeful that the Glass House would live up to its reviews and be a nice welcoming spot for my week’s retreat - in the event I was blown away by everything and everyone: by the food, the classes, the treatments and the facilities. Nothing was too much trouble, I was looked after like a queen. I tried all the different exercise classes (with varying competence and success) I walked and swam, lounged and read - and slept like I had a clear conscience. My room was lovely and clean, a good size with loads of storage, a rain shower and huge bed - plus easy operating air con and heating. The TV had regular telly and my Apps so I could catch up on my series, plus a selection of new films to buy. A smiling housekeeping team kept the place spick and span including a linen change midweek and new towels as and when. I picked a few treatments (you get a free voucher for every night you stay!) and each was thoroughly enjoyable and carried out professionally by staff who seemed happy to be there. Did I fall a little in love with the place? I certainly did. They can expect another visit soon ❤️

Rooms are beautiful and clean. The Staff were amazing, polite, welcoming and attentive, the resort felt like a home away from home. Food was delicious and my spa treatments from Zoe was unbelievable. Zoe made me feel comfortable, relaxed and the whole experience was just amazing. I will definitely be returning

I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. My room was a treat: clean, bright, and airy, with a fabulous rainforest shower and super comfy bed. And wow, the food! Every dish was delicious, I wanted to take the chef home with me! There were loads of activities to keep me busy, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.
