Great central location for walking to do tourist activities. Easily located from the Eurostar station. Smart and stylish decor and amenities. The only let down was no A/C which was needed in the hot weather. Fans and windows helped a little.

Glad I had read from other reviews that the street entrance isn’t too inviting, but once inside it was a great studio. Clean and modern with excellent en-suite and plenty of clean towels. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the temperature. Very pleased to have the fan, and there are big easy opening windows, but it was 30C outside so at times uncomfortably warm. Also lots of air on units running just outside. Closing curtains in the morning kept direct sunlight out, and perhaps owners could have closed curtains on the day we checked in so it was cooler when we arrived? Very easy to use key entry with clear instructions and prompt helpful support when I asked a stupid question! We were also offered earlier access which was appreciated.

Les consignes de check in/out très claires. L’agencement, la décoration et la propreté de l’appartement (saint lazare) très très bien. Les bémols: l’escalier est assez raide (difficile si grosse valise) + odeurs très fortes de graillon dans les parties communes et côté cour si vous ouvrez les fenêtres liées au Mac do et fast food situé juste en dessous de l’appartement

Adresse fonctionnelle 100% autonome C’est peu ´chaleureux, mais surtout l’impossibilité de verrouiller la porte avec une clef, lorsque je m’absente ne me rassure pas sur la sécurité des biens laissés à l’intérieur. Pour le reste, un sans faute - Qualité literie ok - Propreté ok - Wifi ok - vue sur ville de la chambre St Jean très sympa / sans vis à vis 👍 - Ameublement, équipement, style convaincants Important de mentionner l’absence d’ascenseur et l’escalier un peu étroit avec bagages.
