Overall, the stay was great and I would book again next year. Two minor details: the desk light would not function and the power receptacles on the lamp base between the beds were very sloppy and not able to grip anything plugged in to them.

Good Spot Overall for Me and The Family

The staff was great and the location is perfect for being less than 20 minutes away from Hershey Park. The room was immaculate, however, one of the bedspreads should have been completely replaced due to having an older stain, and the bathroom needed some tlc maintenance. Overall though, still a great spot. Also, breakfast is included, which is a plus for families. FYI - pool is a little small, and looks bigger in the pictures.

Places not to stay!

The first room we were assigned had stains on the bedding and the room did not appear clean. We switched to a room that also had stained bedding (which someone came to change per our request), dirty towels, a dead bug in the bathroom, mold on the air conditioning unit and overall, the room did not meet our standards of cleanliness. We only stayed because they told us that due to booking through a third party, we would not receive a refund. The breakfast options were very limited, so we opted to eat out. We chose this location in part because the breakfast was included. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and we will not return.
