Do not stay here, the host never responded to any messages and we were unable to checkin. We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund.
