The apartment is very clean and well located, with very helpful staff. Despite its compact size, the room is functional and thoughtfully designed, with lots of clever details. Soundproofing from outside is very good, though noise from upstairs and neighboring rooms can sometimes be an issue.

Good location for trains and restaurants nearby. Very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our few days in Paris. The lady at reception (can’t remember her name!) was so kind and helpful with luggage, letting us check in a little early and arranging a taxi to the airport

8/10 Very good

The main problem with this hotel is the noise level. You can hear people in the room above you, people when they are in the hall and especially the loud outdoor noise (2/5). The area of town is acceptable but not great (3/5). The staff is very nice and helpful (5/5) and the quality of the room is nice (4/5).

Great location. Perfect for our small family. Loved the view from our room. A small elevator only fits 2 people or 1 with any luggage. Stairs are quite steep. Otherwise Perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to RER hubs and Metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the small Parisian balcony was a delightful surprise. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the city views. Another unexpected bonus was the free laundry facility on the 3rd floor, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Highly recommend!

Very clean, new. Great location close to subway and lots of sights. A bit noisy because it’s on a busy restaurant lines street but we didn’t mind. Staff were great.
