8/10 Very good

The room is clean but tiny. Given that it is in the center of a crowded city, it is quite good. The service is excellent.

2/10 Poor

I arrived at 8:30pm with my elderly parents after a long travel only to find that the hotel denied any booking, they admitted fault but did not have any rooms. The manager tried to blame Expedia and did offer other hotels which I had to book. At 9:30pm we ended up in an average hotel and had to chance the next day. The whole experience was awful and beware if you are booking through Expedia or Hotels.com as even if you have a confirmed booking, there is no guarantee.

10/10 Exceptional
