Our family of four (kids age 10 and 12) really enjoyed our stay! The staff were absolutely phenomenal and the property was beautiful. Like other riads we have stayed at, it takes a little winding through alleys by foot to get there, but it's worth it. The whole place smells wonderful and it was meticulously clean. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning (they served a rotation of Moroccan and French style pastries and fresh juice, plus we ordered eggs and got some basics from the serving table - yogurt, granola, coffee, and the kids had cereal and milk). The room was comfortable and just as pictured and there were cozy, picturesque spots around the pool, on the roof, even little tea spots just around the rooms. We didnt do any spa services, and the kids only wished the pool was heated, but the pool wasn't the focus of our stay, especially not in November. We saw the staff go out of their way to help others, including celebrating a birthday and helping a guest who needed laundry help because the airline lost his suitcase. We loved how walkable the area is and we would definitely stay again.
