Really this hotel should not have been open for booking as they were in the middle of a major rennovation. They did upgrade us to the suite on the top floor but had not taken the bother to clean it and it was very dusty. It does have marvelous views. What also was a big worry, was that there was no obvious fire escape from the top floors and would be a death trap should fire break out. The hotel has obviously seen better days and is in need of a major amount of money spending on it to bring it up to standard. The staff did try hard to help which ws much appreciated but it would be in their interest to close untill fully rennovated

This is an historic building within the ancient walls of the city. Therefore, driving there can be difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been modernized, but the rooms are old and historic.

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. It would have been a majestic building back in the day, but for modern day comfort, it has some work to do. I can totally understand people coming here for nostalgic reasons, but the bed amongst other facilities are quite dated. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the parking for the hotel which is literally in a narrow alley (with extremely limited spaces) is quite challenging.

Arkadaşımın düğünü için Bursa’ya geldiğimde 1 gece konaklama fırsatım oldu. Kısa bir konaklama olmasına rağmen otelden çok memnun ayrıldım. Otelin tarihi dokusu ve dekorasyonu gerçekten çok etkileyici. Odalarda ve ortak alanlarda kullanılan antika detaylar, ahşap mobilyalar ve kitaplar otelin kendine özgü, çok hoş bir atmosfer yaratıyor. Bursa’nın tarihi ruhunu hissederek konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltısını ve restoranını da özellikle beğendim; hem sunum hem de lezzet açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Keşke 1 geceden daha uzun kalabilseydim. Bursa’ya tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Kitap Evi Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, allerdings muss man ein paar Treppen in Kauf nehmen. Sehr nettes Personal, und das Frühstück war toll, sehr vielseitig und lecker. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, l'hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et le petit déjeuner copieux. Quelques bémols sur les équipements, une douche qui manque de débit et d'eau chaude, une pompe qui faisait un bruit sourd pendant la nuit, des problèmes de Wifi et un manque d'accès aux informations de base (heure du check-in, petit déjeuner etc.). Le personnel était aimable et nous a bien aidé pour garer notre voiture. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

部屋はとても素敵でした。 朝食もおいしかったです。 フロントスタッフに英語は通じません。 送迎サービスをメールで連絡しましたが　返事が来なくて 前日まで宿泊していたホテルのフロントの方に電話してもらいました。帰りのタクシーも頼んでいましたが　フロントに伝わっていなくて　当日　電話で頼むという有様でした。 このホテルは宿泊よりレストランに力を入れているようでした。
