Paguei por 4 noites na suíte presidencial do andar superior ( tenho as fotos da reserva ) , fui colocado no andar inferior de frente para piscina( necessário ficar com as cortinas fechadas ) , onde era permitido jogo com bolas , garrafas de vidro , caixas de som . Somente da terceira noite me colocaram no andar superior , e o ar condicionado pingava e molhava todo o quarto . Não tem vaga para todo os quartos . Recepção a noite sem funcionário com bilhete na porta com what’s app . Elevador quebrou .

Instalações excelentes, mas…

A pousada possui instalações novíssimas e proporciona bom conforto. A vista do hotel é belíssima. O pessoal é prestativo e sempre disposto a ajudar. Tenho apenas uma ressalva. Um prospecto disponibilizado no quarto tem um tom antipatico e, na minha opinião, desnecessário. Contém uma série de condições que deixam o hóspede desconfortável. Por exemplo, o uso pago do frigobar. As orientações são de que ao colocar algo que não foi comprado no hotel dentro do frigobar, o cliente precisa informar à recepção a fim de ser cobrado pelo uso. Coisas assim, além de serem praticamente impossíveis de controlar, sao uma falta de cortesia. Sem falar que praticamente não fazem diferença para a acomodação.
