There's bloodstains on the other side of the mattress. I am also very disappointed about the breakfast buffet, unfresh cucumber slices and fruits, and very limited choice of food. Sauna is good.

The hotel is nice, Good rooms and a nice spa center. But the access to Spa 18 and Aqua Park is not free for hotel guests, need to pay if you wish to visit it, That’s quite strange. We had a superior room But it was terribly hot in there like in sauna, the air conditioning did not work. That was really dissapointing.

I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Hotellin hinta ei vastaa sen tasoa. Hostelli. Ruoka välttävä. Ei palveluja huoneessa. Vesipuisto oli hyvä ja voi suositella mutta majoitus ei. Ei kiva paikka lapsiperheille.

Huone hyvä, aamupalalla vähän vaihtelua eri aamuina. Hotelli siisti. Kylpylän +18 osasto suhteettoman kallis peruskylpylän päälle. Spa osastolla olisin kaivannut edes jonkun näköistä valvontaa sääntöjen noudattamisen suhteen. Lapset riehui, hyppi altaisiin, huusi ja kukaan ei puuttunut toimintaan. Hotellin pubin ravintolassa erittäin hyvää asiakaspalvelua ja vielä maukasta ruokaa, suosittelen.

Kiva paikka, vähän korjattava..

Olen aikaisemmin tykännyt tosi paljon Viimsi spaasta, mutta nyt oli hieman erilainen kokemus. Kylpylän puolella on edelleen hyvä valikoima saunoja yms. Huone oli huonossa kunnossa, ei nyt siisteyden osalta vaan kaikki oli hieman hajalla tai puutteellista. Tuli olo että oltiin motellissa eikä hotellissa. En muista, että viimeksi olisi ollut niin huonokuntoinen huone. Ehkä 401 on vaan huonompi kun muut. Kylpylän puolella oli myös huomattavissa, että kesällä on ollut paljon ihmisiä, siellä täällä jotain hajalla tai joku nappi ei toiminut. Hieman alkoi mietityttämään hinta/laatu suhde.. Muuten kylpylä on keskustan lähellä (taksilla pääse helposti tai esim bussilla numero 1, L.Koidulta kadulta sataman läheltä. Lipun saat ostettu sataman automaatista, 1h= 2e)

Kan anbefales.

Bra hotell. Rent og pent. Gratis parkering og tilgang til el bil ladder. For en rimelig penge fikk vi tilgang til badelandet som er tilknyttet hotellet. Perfekt når du har to små badeglade barn. Eneste som trekker ned er ikke airkondisjon på rommet vårt og grei frokostbuffé, men syns at det ikke var så mye utvalg sammenlignet med andre hotell.

Viikonloppu Tallinnassa

Pariskuntana vietettiin rentoutumispäivä hotelilla. Spa-osasto ja K18 osasto olivat hyvin mukavia ja viihtyisiä. Olisin kaivannut kuitenkin huoneista hiusten hoitotuotteita. Aamupala oli iso pettymys. Aamupala on yleensä yksi iso asia tällaisissa rentoutumispäivissä.

Hotellissa oli todella huono ilmanvaihto, tunkkainen ilma ympäri hotellia. Yö piti nukkua ikkuna auki, kun huone oli todella kuuma. Muuten huone oli ihan siisti. Kylpylä oli kiva lapsien kanssa, varsinkin vesipuisto, mutta kyllä sekin kaipaisi remonttia lähiaikoina.

Perheen kanssa hotelliin ja kylpemään. Harmiksemme vesipuisto ei ollut auki, jatkossa hyvä muistaa että se on auki vain pe-su. Spa-osasto monine saunoineen oli loistava. Lempparein taisi olla trooppinen sauna 😊 Aamupala oli hyvä, ei ihmeellinen, mutta hyvä ja riittävä. Tulemme uudelleen 😊

Hyvä perushotelli

Perussiisti ja hyvä hotelli. Spa ja saunaosasto kyllä hienot ja viihtyisät. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli ilmastoinnin puuttuminen huoneessa, lämpötila kasvaa aikalailla auringon porottaessa.
