We had booked this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were quite disappointed. The appearance of the hotel did not match the images on the website—the overall look was outdated, and the pool was smaller and in poorer condition than expected.
When we entered our room, we were immediately met with a strong smell of cleaning products. After turning on the air conditioning, the room quickly filled with a strong, mold-like odor. Due to health concerns, it was clear we could not stay in the room. The receptionist came to inspect and confirmed the issue. However, the hotel was unable to offer us another room or accommodation elsewhere.
This left us without a place to stay—an especially stressful situation as we were traveling with children. It took multiple phone calls and messages to resolve the matter and receive a refund. Initially, we were offered only a 40% refund, but after several follow-ups, we eventually received full compensation.
Despite the staff acknowledging the problem, the experience left us with a very negative impression. We will not be returning and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this hotel.
