The best hotel ever

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at the front desk person was very sweet and courteous. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. This hotel is the halfway point to us driving from Florida to PA. So we will definitely be using this hotel in the future. I booked a handicapped room and it was soo easy for me to get too and they even had a shower chair. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it was easy on the pocket too. Thank you comfort suites. See you again in the future for sure.

In Time of Need

I was there for a family funeral and traveling from Maryland, I needed an early check in to change clothes, the staff was very efficient, accommodating and i was able to check in without any issues. Staff very pleasant, professional and courteous.

Needs improvement

The hotel has recently been renovated or is still under renovation in some areas. Our room had been freshly painted so the door stuck to open and had to be pushed hard to close. The plastic tiles floor was sticky and a roach came out as soon as we sat something on the desk. We never could get the WiFi to work unless we turned off our phone WiFi protection that we weren’t willing to do.
