Got an upgrade to a room with a view. Nice gesture. The food in the buffet was cold. People heated up extra in microwave. The young people in the bar were useless. Paid no attention to the guests. Horrible young staff. Never said hello to the guests. It says five stars. That is not true at all. More like a two star hotel. Not staying here again
