Loved the on site cafe for dinner and breakfast, lakeside view is amazing! Entire staff was very attentive and friendly. Love that you are able to send a text for any room needs! Will def be staying here again.

This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the water. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The decor was perfect. We liked that we could walk to the lighthouse :)The TV had great reception and wi-fi was good too. Cell phone service was a little sketchy because of the area. We would have liked snack options up front. We did not eat at the Hotel, but it does have a beautiful restaurant.

Easy to check in late at night, beds are very comfy unlike at some 4-5 star hotels I’ve been at. Breath taking view of the lake as soon as you head to the lobby in the morning. Didn’t try the food but will be sure to next visit.

Our stay was amazing. The only downfall was the parking. With both the restaurant and the hotel being attached, as a guest staying at the hotel, we couldn’t find a place to park because of how busy the restaurant got. We had to drive around for a little bit again before coming back because there were no spots available to get to our rooms.

Negatives are amenities: bathroom sink ridiculously small and no other mirror to apply makeup etc., and can’t use toilet seat for space as there’s no lid, no coffeemaker, no guide for TV, 2 drinks at the outdoor bar came to $50 with tip, very nice upscale property. We love this property, no key cards (perfect). The location was amazing. The staff was extraordinary. The restaurant’s staff and hotel’s staff was very helpful. The food was good. The bar at the resort was excellent, kid friendly place. We brought outside food and sat by the fire pit, the staff actually brought water, napkins. The only problem we had was on day one where right above our room where some kids running around, we told the staff three times to do something about it but nothing happened. The staff member said they are going to tell those guests (1 AM) and finally the noise ended at around 3 AM.

Summer Trip

Beds and carpet in the room felt very damp. There was a big brown stain on the comforter that housekeeping had to have seen. The bath towels also had stains. There were hairs in the shower. The room had a strong smell of fish. We ate at the hotel restaurant. We ordered our food around 7:45 and didnt get it until almost 9pm. We only ordered two salads and chicken fingers. Would not recommend staying here. We left a day early and booked a different hotel.

Amazing open floorplan and atmosphere for lobby bar/restaurant area right when you walk in. Greeted by warm friendly, welcoming, and smiling staff, creating an amicable vibe. This is like a hidden treasure in the middle of a small country town. A welcoming haven of warmth and cheer in the midst of chilling winter. You’ve got to check The Wave out and see for yourself! Other highlights include gorgeous view of lake and sun rise from several rooms as well as the restaurant; peaceful and romantic; warm and cozy. Rooms are fresh, crisp, clean. Wineries nearby and within walking distance of the lake, a park, historic lighthouse, and quaint little town of shops and cafes. Food is original, tasteful, scrumptious, and eye appealing. Overall, bugie, bohemian, modern vibes! Very welcoming, calming, good feeling, and fresh atmosphere! Really good music playing in the background.

Hotel location perfect, really cute boutique hotel, restaurant and lounge great. Food was excellent, room atmosphere great. Bathroom hard to use to get ready in and extra mirror had no plugs near, if the had switched where pics on wall with the mirror much easier. Check in smooth though a hiccup with door code. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent!! The only place to stay in Marblehead

Location was great for a walk to the lighthouse. Restaurant on site is top tier. Host was friendly and even installed a new tv in the room when ours stopped working! Thank you !! Very clean and Safe. Lots of little touches that show this is a 10/10 property.
