The room was run down badly and because there was a concert in town I was screwed over on the rate. This hotel is not worth anything over $100 a room and I was charged nearly $350 for it. I will never pay this again for a quality inn. I was in town because a family member was in the hospital and this place is not worth the over inflated price.

The staff was amazing. There were problems with our room, the AC wasn’t working, they got us in a room that was better. You can tell they are trying to do renovations and fix up the place. Things were not perfect but the staff did the best they could to make your stay the best it could be.

Despite they are going through many renovations the staff is amazing and does a great job with maintaining the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever they can. The rooms are clean and maintained continuously. Made my stay very enjoyable.

Nothing but trouble on this stay. Sent us to occupied rooms twice with keys. One time the occupant was following us up the steps and found us in his room, very awkward. That was bad enough, but we were in rooms at the opposite of the desk. At least 500yd walk. Absolutely ridiculous. The woman at the front desk seemed apologetic about the mistakes, but made us wait each time for her to finish with everyone in line before she tried again. A total of 65min before we got into our room. Breakfast was a severe letdown. Only carbs and a few hard boiled eggs for protein. There was some yogurt Saturday but Sunday morning at 915 they told me they weren’t putting anymore out. Unreal. I thought staying at a studio place with a range top would be helpful but there was no cooking utensils or silverware to do anything. They left some coffee pods but no pot. The windows were dirty and looked out over the trash heap. Absolutely a total joke. Do not ever stay there. Please. I beg you, DO NOT STAY THERE.

When we arrived to our room there was plastic still in the hallway and they didn't seem to actually be ready for people to stay in that wing. Our shower was filthy with boot prints like it was just installed. We didn't have a microwave or fridge and our lights by the bed didn't have lightbulbs. We went to a concert and came back and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but they didn't restock yogurt when it was out. They need to put signs up with maps or arrows on where to go. People were lost everywhere and it was very confusing.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness.

They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

The staff are very friendly and checkin was quick. The morning breakfast lineup is good and offers a variety of options that I enjoy. The room was very clean. I wish there was a light above the table or a small lamp on it because I do a lot of work while in the room and the amount of light is rather low. Otherwise it was an enjoyable visit. Thank you !!

Great place to stay for the price! Good location, clean room. Didn't get the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that, I'm sure it was fine. For the price, I don't think this place can be beat.
