This hotel was amazing. The staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast was included with my stay- it was delicious and extensive! I stayed about a week here during the heatwave at the end of May and thankfully the hotel had AC! The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but still a lot of people walking around to where you feel safe. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris!

We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights. Very impressed with the front desk staff as they were all friendly and capable and assisted us with finding local restaurants and keeping our luggage in storage on checkout day. Our standard room was small for manoeuvring around our suitcases- but the air conditioning in the recent heat wave was excellent. I liked the proximity to local metro and bus lines. We would stay here again!

Great deal, yummy breakfast

New hotel, with the downstairs still under construction. Great price. Extremely clean room with comfortable bed, but there's an automatic fan that makes a whining noise; I wore earplugs at night. Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff in person, but terrible online communication. I left a small item in my room and have sent an email and WhatsApp messages, but no response. (I can't call because of high roaming charges.)

This stay was so perfect, I can’t say enough about our experience with 1.75 Charme. The location is primarily residential but very close to the metro entrance and so easy to get to the touristy areas. The room was perfect- we had a couple and our teenage daughter. Two beds and a very roomy bathroom. Everything in our room and bathroom and common areas was extremely clean, tidy and modern decorations. They have a bar and great areas to relax in the lobby area and out front- cute tables there to sit outside near the street. Down the block there is a grocery, cafe, bakery and many restaurants nearby. MOST important during this trip was the air conditioning was amazing. Many many many places in Paris have no air conditioning and it was such a relief to return to the hotel and room and cool off. FINALLY- I can’t say enough about the service. Each and every person there was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, Paris in general and everything. Two times they came to our room to help us operate the TV. And they’re more than willing to help with whatever you need. They go out of their way to look into questions you might have and anticipate our needs. The breakfast they offer is amazing: fruit, meats and cheeses, croissants, baguettes, excellent coffee, tea, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh squeezed juices and more. Stay at 1.75 Charme, you will NOT be dissapointed.

J'ai séjourné plus d'une vingtaine de fois dans cet établissement et je n'ai jamais été déçu. En effet, de l'accueil au départ tout est parfait. Les chambres tout comme une salle de bain sont très bien agencée, elles sont également très propre. Il y a un vrai bureau pour pouvoir travailler sereinement en toute tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui tout simplement excellent. Bref j'y vais et j'y retourne avec plaisir. Je vous conseille donc cet établissement les yeux fermés à 10 000%

La chambre a un effet wahou, la déco est belle, le lit confortable, c’est propre, et, petit détail qui n’en est pas un, quand vous entrez la lumière est allumée et la chambre est chaude on s’y sent bien des les premières minutes. Le personnel est accueillant et facilitant. J’avais peur du petit déjeuner gratuit mais il est de qualité, varié avec du jus d’orange frais!
