Second time here in as many years. Superb staff all around! Yosh at the front desk was so personable and even came from around the desk to shake my hand and welcome me back. It’s close to the arena (5 minute straight walk), parking is right across the street. Arlo is my favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Awesome pizza place around the corner to…Wiseguy Pizza. NY STYLE, really good!

The Arlo was definitely a place I would stay again. The room was very clean beds were comfortable and the shower was great! My only complaint was that the TV didn't work. I was there for a concert only so I didn't watch any TV. It's definitely walkable to so many places and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the ARLO DC, from the clean spacious room, to safe and secure entry, and wonderful rooftop breakfast - I would absolutely stay here again! Staff was very friendly, and made everything easy as I had arrived very early in the morning and they assisted with holding my bags. I really appreciated the follow up messages and candy bar. Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey but elevated stay!

The stay was great!! Very clean, and room was awesome! Our only negative was we weren’t given a lot of explanation to how everything at the hotel “operates” upon check in, notably a quick rundown of the elevator and parking process. We were able to figure it out, but it’s a little nerve wracking when it’s busy check in times and you’re not sure of the process.
