I recently stayed at Casa Barițiu for a week. The Superior Apartment includes a kitchen with utensils, a living room, bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a stand up shower. The decor is charming, and the property is beautiful.
It is situated directly across the street from the Old City Center, and is accessed through a coded gate leading to an alleyway.
The self check-in and check-out instructions were provided clearly through WhatsApp, and the owner was very responsive to messages. I didn’t realize I was one night short when booking the property, until they reached out to inform me when I hadn’t checked out yet. They resolved the situation in a kind and efficient manner. The staff who take care of the property during the day were also very friendly and accommodating in an unobtrusive way.
The property feels safe, quiet and private. There are many options for dining, shopping and experiencing Braşov. It is within walking distance to places like The Black Church, museums, and local shops.
The time I spent there was delightful, and it allowed for a wonderfully immersive experience in Braşov. Thank you Casa Barițiu!
