Location is wonderful, staff are very cooperative. Hotel is beautiful , rooms are relaxing. At night there is some sound of a night club nearby but bearable. Overall it’s a wonderful experience

Aria Palace is in the perfect location at a great place. We enjoyed our stay and definitely make use of the discounted spa downstairs, it was fantastic. Worth noting the rooms are very small and the best advertised as a queen definitely wasn’t. Otherwise a good stay.

Excellent service and great hospitality. Abdullah was incredible. Breakfast was great just a little repetitive. All in all I highly recommend this hotel especially with the fact that it’s located in the heart of Istanbul Taksim. The busiest and most tourist attraction area.

2/10 Poor

Stayed for five nights, thought it would be an OK place given the good comments (i am inclined to think they are fake now). The experience was far from good. The location (as indicated by others) does not feel safe. But there are more pressing issues: the walls were paper-thin and I could even hear the breathing of the people next room. Couldn't open the windows because of the noise from the air conditioner fan. Does not feel clean.

2/10 Poor

Stop to go there with your kids or your family , exactly like red light in Amsterdam at 5am having s… very loud and other room is same just I fount out people using this hotel to take person from out side in here having S… please do not go there with your kids or family . Wrong place I just book here because close to town but I did big mistake . The only good thing with this place people in the reception are friendly and helpful that’s all . No air circulation in the room no window only air con. Not only next room other two did same stuff and walking singing after they job embarrassing and disgusting manner, Again don’t go and don’t take your family there .

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The toilet seat would shut down so quickly it was a nuisance and the noise from the hallway was loud all night and morning.
