Stunning hotel, my room was beautiful and clean. The location of the hotel can’t be faulted, it’s right in the centre, but not in a noisy area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and I could hear the music, but not past 9:30 pm. Check-in was straight forward. My bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and shower stylish and well appointed. Big screen TV which I think had Netflix, however I didn’t use it so can’t be sure. Can’t fault the place at all! Thanks for a wonderful stay…

Beware, If you stay at this hotel, make sure not to stay in rooms 105,106,107 since those rooms are facing the street, so you can hear at night, vehicles, people taking, and the noisy music and laud people screaming every song from the nightclub San Jorgito, which is across the street; that night, San Jorgito nightclub played its last song around 3:57 am.

Hidden gem, comfortable, clean, new.

What a lovely hotel. This place is a gem! Every room is slightly different. We spent a couple of nights here and it’s within walking distance of the historical downtown. The hotel itself is a refurbished historical “vecindad”. They’ve kept the charm of old floors and the structure of the building. Inside the room the bedrooms are so spacious. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms have an a/c unit that kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. Beds are comfortable, like a hug. My favorite was the shower! There’s a small coffee maker and a couple of water bottles. The staff was so friendly. Karen at the front desk, Angel walked us to our room and showed us around. And another gentleman. There’s a small gym on the 3rd floor and an elevator (many other hotels don’t have them due to being historically preserved. The entrance has a patio that normally has an open dome, but when it rains the staff closed it. There’s a small restaurant attached that serves Oxacan food (we didn’t eat here, but the ambiance looks cozy). If we go back to Puebla, we would stay here again. You can’t go wrong.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately when we checked in the room, it looked ok, but we realized that the floor was not cleaned properly. Our feet were black after walking on it. There were a few other things that the room has not been kept up. Hopefully they will fix some of that.

Desde que llegamos el personal fue muy amable, todos muy atentos. La habitacion estaba impecable, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Muy tranquilo, se duerme muy bien. El personal que sirve el desayuno es muy atento y amable, y muy rico lo que sirven. En general fue una muy grata experiencia. Volveremos sin duda.

Este es un hotel muy bonito y acogedor, se ubica en el centro pero la zona me parecio muy tranquila, el personal que nos recibio fue muy amable y la habitacion es amplia, muy limpia y relamente bonita. No llevamos auto asi que no se si hay estacionamiento, el precio por este hotel tan bonito es muy accesible, mi experiencia muy muy buena.

Definitivamente el estacionamiento es un problema. Primero, se anuncian que tienen estacionamiento propio y que esta incluido en la tarifa sin embargo me cobraron en efectivo y por adelantado, el costo del estacionamiento por toda la estadía. Segundo, cuando pides el auto, se tardan cuando menos 25 minutos desde que lo pides. Muy mal.
