Very good stay. Family weekend trip. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Pool/waterslides were great. Clean area. Water was cold but kids loved it. Only complaint we we arrived after dark on Saturday was difficulty finding parking. We had to circle a few times, but be prepared for this if you arrive later in the day. Staff was nice. We read prior reviews and did not have any of the issues others had.

I think the trip was good but there were a few things about the hotel I wish they would consider, no mirror in the bedroom. No space to get ready in the bathroom no counter space. It smelled terribly like bleach in our room. The room seemed pretty clean which was nice but the bleach smell was so overwhelming we had to crack the window to sleep. Our eyes burned lol but other than that it was a nice stay. Nice view.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean! We would come again!

My stay was excellent, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their stay. Very clean room, comfortable beds, updated / renovated kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the can't-be-beat oceanfront balcony view. The waterpark was great as we were visiting off season and breakfast at Adam's was delicious!

Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

For starters don’t trust the room descriptions they say one thing and try providing a something completely different and charge a ridiculous amount to get what you booked in the first place. The water park and play area are why we booked and they say open year round however after we booked we received a message from the hotel informing us they would be closed during our stay, this should’ve been noted as at that point we would’ve been charged a cancellation fee. There was still wet bleach on something in our room that my daughter sat on and it destroyed her pants, there was a broken appliance prong sticking out of the outlet and the indoor pool and hot tub were nasty. There was no filtration for the pool the water wasn’t even high enough to hit the cut outs for the filters. The hot tub water was to low to filter it was slimy and smelt like dirty feet and the whole pool area smelt like cat pee. Also the door to the pool is on the second floor even tho everything says it’s on the 3rd floor. I highly regret booking this dump never in the over 10 years of multiple hotel stays have I had an experience like this. Extremely disappointed doesn’t even cut it.

Friendly place to stay!

The best thing about this place was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Great location and a great place to stay! Exactly what we expected, and the kids loved the waterslides. Friendly lifeguards are on duty, and staff are present. Would stay again. My only complaint would be, they seemed to forget they had an outdoor pool. Gate was locked when we tried to visit, no towels or clear time when it was open. Everything else was great!
