The staff provided excellent service, the rooms were very clean and were renovated daily, and they came to clean near the school. Everything is easily accessible, with a restaurant downstairs offering good prices. We stayed there for five days and it was simply excellent; I would highly recommend it.

Room was very clean. Had the beach view room, which was beautiful. Enjoyed sitting out on balcony. Indoor pool and hot tub was great. Staff very accommodating. Only negative was check in was only being done by one person. Long line waiting to check in.

Rooms were not clean. Older women at the front desk was very rude anytime we asked her something. Room had mold. They never came in to clean the week we were there. Elevator is the worst part of the trip.

Montego resort was clean, great size rooms. The resort was in a perfect place. Walk out the doors your either on the boardwalk or at the beach. The only thing I didn't like was the (inside) water park, for if your not tall enough you can't go down the slides. But the bigger k8ds loved it.

The water slide was closed which makes it pointless it was just an indoor pool. Could’ve stayed at a cheaper place that had an indoor pool and nicer.

For the money I paid I expected a well kept property. Our room had a damaged and dirty shower curtain . It isn't even expensive to replace . The kitchen had barely any supplies. The floor was not mopped . The pool area was very dim and dangerous to walk. The hottub had some type of lotion substance floating on top. The parking was horrible . Thank God I am able to walk . I felt bad for the older people that had to park so far.

Perfect view of the ocean from my room everything nice neat and clean my kids love the pool and slides and the water was just right in the pool hot tub was amazing temperature just right moms favorite part all and all great place for family vacation

Location is great. Having an indoor pool is a bonus. Rooms were clean but the building is very dated and old. Also they have no vending machines so bring your own food and drinks.

The rooms were clean, pool and play place immaculate. Every staff we encountered was phenomenal! We can’t wait to come stay again with friends and family. Amazing view and location. Cannot recommend enough!!

We enjoyed the place. It was clean, we ell maintained and perfect for a couple. We also had a beautiful ocean view. I wish the kitchen had mixing bowls, salad bowls and a vegetable peeler.

We loved our view it was amazing. The kitchen was stocked well, looked like a brand new stove/oven so we had a spaghetti dinner one night. The Staff was super helpful but they kept promising us that we could get in the room early but it never happened. My husband had to personally look to see if the maid was done and he was. Maybe better communication would have been better? Parking was awesome as we always had a spot in the underground lot. Beds could have been more comfortable, they made noise when moving around. Overall an 8.5 is appropriate.

We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back next year. Each year we come and try a new place, never quite finding one with everything we need. Montego Bay has been the best place so far and I think we are done searching. We will continue to come here every year. I wish the indoor pool was heated but the kids don't care so it's not a deal breaker. The hot tub was great and we loved our corner room.

Fitness room was a joke; not maintained. Windows were open, extremely hot, linking pipes from above with a few cardio machines and free weights - some well rusted. Carpets were dirty in our room with tears in it. Stains were on the carpets and sofa. The shower had very low pressure and drained very slowly causing a build up of sand. Our balcony door did not lock.
