O apartamento é realmente sensacional. Limpo e bem localizado. Próximo a muitos restaurantes, sorveteria, mercado. Apesar de ter um odor no banheiro social, não atrapalhou nossa estadia. O apartamento muito bem localizado, a segurança ótima, porém tivemos uma surpresa (só fomos avisados após o check in) que a piscina estava em reforma e não pudemos utiliza-la. A proposta do apartamento é bastante interessante, porém existiram baratas no imóvel e necessidade de uma dedetização; o enxoval de e cama e banho precisa ser atualizado; os armários dos banheiros e as portas necessitam de manutenção.
