I traveled with my mom and aunt (both in their 70's). It was their first trip to Europe and we loved this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the spa (twice) as well as the breakfast and wifi. There were many lovely restaurants around us and close proximity to multiple metro stations.

What a charming, beautiful little gem of a hotel! The decor was sumptuous, and the staff was incredibly nice. Our room was small, as are many Paris rooms, but smartly laid out and felt like a "deluxe" room. The shower was strong, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. One of my best stays in Paris! As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were amazing, and coming back to a clean, comfortable room after a long day of walking around Paris was such a treat. I especially appreciated the fresh water bottle they left for me each evening. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond. During checkout, there was a protest near République, and Kareem (I hope I got his name right) kindly walked with me about three blocks to make sure I could safely meet my taxi driver heading to the airport. That level of care meant so much to me as a solo traveler! I also loved the location. It’s central, with several metro stops nearby that make exploring different arrondissements easy. And if you enjoy walking like I do, Le Marais is within a few miles. Wonderful staff, a great location, and thoughtful touches that made my stay special. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris! My only regret is I didn't try the breakfast and spa option but will definitely try that next time I visit.

It was really pretty! Clean. Comfy bed! The staff was amazing. Did not eat breakfast but nice lobby with coffee and drinks. We did book a smaller room so that's on us, but a few things: No full size mirror at all, and no second mirror outside the bathroom one. Also the worst part, it smelled of sewage in the room almost constantly. Awful. It's also not clear beforehand that you have to book the spa to use it. The spa convinced us when booking but we ended up never going there, so I'm happy I didn't pay extra for it.
