It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. It was conveniently located within old town and near the Concha beach. Lots of shops and pintxos nearby and a good gelato place just steps away.

A nightmare during the night!!

At first, I was happy with service as the pension is central in the old town and next to the port and beach. I was also allowed to enter the room early by 12 pm as I arrived directly from the airport. However, it was difficult to get confirmation of details for me to be able to get into the property, and the woman cleaning was the only one around to talk to and unable to help out. It is also a pain to have to use keys to open and close the bathroom and bedroom all the time. However, at the same time, it does provide a sense of privacy and safety. I had a long day out and was looking forwards to my night sleep. However, I was shocked to wake up in the middle of the night by 4.30 am with both the TV and air conditioning coming on at the same time!!!. Both remote controls were on the bedside table so I was left feeling as if someone had direct access to them or they were set up on alarm from previous tenants!?. I couldn’t sleep for a couple of hours after that experience and nobody to talk to about it at that time of the night!!. I managed to sleep until 10.30am and woke up feeling tired and as if I had waisted my morning. I would not stay again but I realised afterwards that I had booked a similar accommodation in Vitoria and was concerned about it.

Fabulous location but we had a problem checking in as it’s a remote check in, we hadn’t received details and no one answered the phone. Also we were not aware that the bathroom was down the corridor and be careful as some rooms have a shared bathroom.

No hot water + white neon lighting everywhere

Feels more like a hospital room than a center of town hotel. The check in process is a bit annoying (forced to call them as they don’t even have an email to send all the info they request) Only one of us had hot water in the shower in the morning. Paying 100€ for that was not ok

Platsen är otrolig och gör att boendet ändå kändes okej trots att resten inte levde upp till våra förväntningar. Exempelvis var toaletten mitt i rummet och inte avskild med vägg eller dörr. Vi hade tillgång till en toalett med dusch i korridoren som var fräsch, men vi hade förväntat oss att det även skulle gå att stänga dörren bakom sig i vårt egna rum. Att det lät utifrån kan vi inte klaga på eftersom det bidrog till upplevelsen av att bo mitt i gamla stan och dessutom under festival, men det var ganska lyhört mellan rummet och korridoren, vilket gjorde att man hörde varje gång någon kom in. Vi var nöjda med kunna bo mitt i stan och ha nära till både strand och butiker, men kommer nog inte boka om det här hotellet om vi återvänder till San Sebastian.

コスパ良い宿を探して選びました。旅慣れた方の短期間の利用なら許容できると思います。 まずこちらはペンションなのでゲストハウスみたいな、ホテルとはまた違う種類です。バス・トイレが別の場所で共用ということを、予約時は知らずに予約してしまったので注意です。結果綺麗で鍵付きなのでよかったのですが。部屋から出て、鍵を閉めて廊下を歩き、バスルームの鍵を開ける感じです。(鍵の開け方が難しい…)スタッフがいないのと、バスルームは外なので、女性1人だと心細いかも。部屋は音漏れしまくります。部屋にはテレビとベッド、タオルがあります。バルのある中心地なので外も騒がしいですが、あの街の雰囲気を身近に感じれて私は好きでした！ チェックインはオンライン、フロントなどもありません。メールで鍵の番号などを聞き、宿に入ります。ここは少し不安でしたが、入って階段を登り、右に扉がありました。貸主のかたはメールで丁寧にやりとりをしてくれます。 旅慣れた、コスト重視で旅がしたい方にはおすすめです！ 窓からの景色も素敵でした。ありがとうございました。
