Great apartment to stay in Palermo. Easy checkin and checkout. Clean, cozy, well equipped apartment in a great area. The Palermo area is safe and has alot to do within walking distance. The only issue I had with my room was a parking alarm outside that constantly went off. Besides that everything went smooth.

The location of this place is great! Within walking distance to many cafés and restaurants, including a town Square. However, the apartment was not super clean and there were stains on a lot of the white furniture and bedding, unfortunately. There was also the bare minimum in terms of amenities, including only one roll of toilet paper and no dish towels. The host often took a full day or longer to reply.

The location was great, walkable to a lot of cool shops, cafes and restaurants in Palermo soho. Communication with the host was good, too. They just really need to improve the cleaning. Also important to know that apartment 110 has a „view“ towards a wall, so I would recommend to book on the upper floors.

This place has 5 star potential but sadly it’s only a 3 due several problems. 1) No response to multiple messages sent via hotels.com regarding check/in process, 2) Dirty floors, dirty and greasy dishes. 3) Uncomfortable, old, broken down sofa 4) Broken glass shower surround 5) very uncomfortable patio furniture 6) General poor upkeep - water stains to ceiling from old leaks, poor quality trim repairs. If they really clean the place, get some decent furnishings, fix up the patios and do some basic repairs it will be 5 stars. The location is good. I own a rental property so I have an idea of what I’m talking about.

Great location. The property is clean and simple, nothing special. There were a few inconveniences. The communication with the host was difficult. We asked questions that were never answered which left us having to figure things out on our own. The WiFi also did not work, so good thing we had cellular data or else we would have had no internet. Things like this are why we give it a 4 instead of a 5.

The apartment itself wasn't terrible. It was a good location but the sheets were kind of dirty, there were some bugs and things on the ceiling/corners. The wifi was not connecting most of the time....I think we were able to get on 2-3 times in the 4 days were were there. As is noted in an 'apartment style hotel', we were unable to get ahold of anyone for 12 hours from 8am to 8pm for check in. Noting that I missed the directions to contact them 72 hours before to get a code to enter the building, but it is a frustrating travel situation when you can't get access to the hotel you booked (check in was around 3pm and we didn't hear back until closer to 8pm after I had to contact guest genie to try to contact the building). Hotels.com was also no help during this situation and called me back to blame me instead of helping :)

We booked the apartment through Expedia. The instructions were to contact the property prior to our arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful. We ended up arriving in Buenos Aires with no connection from the property. Eventually, after hours trying to make arrangements for access to the confirmed booking, we were transferred to the relocation team at Expedia. Ultimately, we were set up in an alternative accommodation which ended up being very good. The hours, days and weeks spent trying to get into this Hestia at plaza Serrano created alot of stress and alot of time and effort. We never did see the apartment and the property never returned our messages or answered the phone. Really unpleasant experience all round.

O apartamento é bonito, moderno, muito bem localizado e tem excelente potencial. Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi prejudicada por falhas de manutenção, limpeza e padronização entre as unidades. A principal delas foi a persiana blackout, que não funcionava. Passei duas noites acordando ao amanhecer por causa da claridade. Apesar de comunicar o problema desde o primeiro dia, o reparo foi sucessivamente adiado. Somente quando exigi uma solução imediata me ofereceram a troca de apartamento. Se não houvesse outra unidade disponível, eu teria passado mais uma noite dormindo com o quarto completamente claro. Ao mudar de unidade, percebi que não existe um padrão de qualidade. O segundo apartamento tinha travesseiros de qualidade inferior, sofá-cama desconfortável e sequer havia secador de cabelo. Outro ponto negativo é a limpeza dos pisos. Ao caminhar descalço, os pés ficavam sujos, evidenciando que o chão não havia sido devidamente higienizado. Também senti falta de um armário de serviço para guardar balde e vassoura, que permanecem expostos na sacada, comprometendo a organização e a estética do ambiente. Em resumo, a localização e o projeto do apartamento são excelentes, mas a experiência seria muito melhor se houvesse maior cuidado com manutenção, limpeza e padronização dos itens de conforto entre as unidades. Essas melhorias fariam grande diferença para quem se hospeda.

A localização é ótima, fácil acesso a tudo. Tem muitas opções legais de restaurantes, cafés e lojas. O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo. Tive dificuldade com a troca de fronhas que estavam sujas. Cheguei numa quinta, e só consegui fronhas limpas no fim do sábado. A banheira também não estava limpa de fato. E não consegui que ninguém limpasse ao longo da estadia. A comunicação por WhatsApp para o check-in foi ótima, mas para as demais demandas, a resposta foi muito mais demorada. Mas, em resumo, não volto mais.

Amamos a hospedagem, localização maravilhosa, apartamento lindo, silencioso, cama aconchegante, a comunicação foi tranquila só sentimos falta de um aquecedor e quando chegamos o chão da sala não estava 100% limpo e as almofadas da área externa estavam sujas também, mas voltaríamos, grata por toda a atenção!
