Communication was very poor. All staff spoke very little English and we had a very strange and unprofessional check in process. We were given very little information and the staff at the reception area to our building were only there for a couple of hours first thing in the morning. There were very few food options, and it was either excessively expensive for a buffet or very standard food at a separate restaurant. On our final day, a huge group of school children appeared at the hotel and were extremely loud, creating massive queues for the lifts and the “private beach” was used for some sort of sports day. All the kids then walked in sandy wet clothes around the hotel and in the lifts. We also had issues with having our room cleaned and again found this very difficult to communicate with anyone as they all needed to use a translation tool to communicate.
Definitely not what we expected for such a massive hotel, being advertised as a fancy 5 star place. We expected a peaceful and smooth stay, which is the exact opposite of what we got!
