Good value hotel; you get what you pay for. Centrally located and well connected, about 10 minutes walking from the central station. Friendly staff. It's important to mention that the reception is not open 24 hours a day.

This property is just a few minutes from the train station, making it a highly convenient choice for travelers. The check-in process is smooth, and the keyless entry system, along with a smart access system, ensures a hassle-free experience. Cleanliness, Wi-Fi, hot water, and heating are all maintained to high standards. Additionally, they offer a luggage storage service for guests with later departures, which is a thoughtful and practical touch.

6/10 Good

Overall, it's a good option for travelers who don’t rely too much on the room's comfort and are only staying a couple of days. Its accessibility to main attractions and location in a gentrified neighborhood are the main advantages. I stayed in a single room for a week for work and leisure, but the room wasn't cleaned every day. When I brought it up, one of the front desk staff was somewhat dismissive about it. If you're looking for a more comfortable space, there are definitely better options at the same price point—or even more appealing Airbnb alternatives.

So easy to arrive after the reception was closed in the evening. The instructions were very clear and simple. The response by email was always quick and precise. The room was great and the private bathroom very clean. It was very comfortable for this older traveller. The only suggestions l have are curtains around the beds for a wee bit of privacy and hooks in the bathroom so clothes and towels don't have to be on the floor. The staff were lovely and very efficient. The kitchen area was convenient, clean and very useful. It's a great area as well, lots of restaurants and close to Porta Nuova railway station. And was so pleased to have a good gelataria still open, just around the corner when l arrived at 10pm!!!

I loved my stay here, 10/10 would recommend. I was in the attic dorm and it was spacious and super clean with comfy beds, you get 3 towels(!). Good common areas and cooking facilities, coffee and some small breakfast options are available from the reception each day. Friendly and helpful, generally quiet on the social side of things but everyone I met staying there was nice and it felt very safe. Excellent location for cafés/bars/restaurants and around 15 minutes walk to the center of town. Street noise can be loud up until midnight/1am so bring earplugs for the evenings.
