Everything about this stay was perfect the friendly, helpful staff, room was excellent and the whole hotel was super clean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold food. Altis Porto Hotel was the most incredible stay! The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, courteous, friendly. Daniela helped me so much with suggestions around the city, and booked a dinner reservation for me at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The amenities were unreal with a Turkish bath, like a steam room, the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop pool and bar. I loved staying here. It was also a great stay for a single traveler. I felt so safe. Thank you so much!!

The staff is attentive and courteous. The breakfast staff especially, Ines and Catia. Their patience, pleasant demeanor, and friendliness made our stay memorable. The rooms are cleaned every day and patrons are given a bottle of wine, water, and chocolates. Housekeeping staff checked in daily to provide additional amenities.

It was disappointing that the spa was closed for maintenance - whilst understandabe we had chosen this hotel for the spa only to find, after booking, that it would be closed.
