Very friendly staff, excellent hotel, the room was incredible and the breakfast so delicious. We only stayed one night and it was really a pity that we had to leave so fast. We will be back.

Kars’ın hava durumu stabil ve belirli olmasına rağmen klimaları sıcak hava vermiyor, uyuduğunuz saatlerde hava sıcaklığı 5-6 dereceleri görmesine rağmen klimalar mevsim normaline göre çalışıyor bahanesiyle sıcak hava vermiyor. Mevsim normali dediğiniz buzdolabından hallice bir sıcaklık. Masraf etmemek adına böyle bir uygulama yapılıyor ve diğer otellerin iki katı fiyatı olmasına rağmen böyle bir durum söz konusu. Maalesef düğün sebebiyle kaldığımız otelden balayına hasta olarak gitmek zorunda kaldık. Konuyla ilgili hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Bu kadar yüksek ücret alıp da böyle küçük hesapların peşine düşen bir otelde konaklamanızı tavsiye etmem.

Otelin mükemmel mimarisi ve tasarımının yanı sıra temizliği ve bakımından çok memnun kaldık. Bunun yanısıra kahvaltıda yalcarırcasına masamıza çay patates kızartması vs gibi ürünler yan masamızdaki bayanlara erkek garsonlar tarafından kendiliğinden sunulurken eşimle bizim masamıza sadaka verircesine getirildi. Aynı fiyatı ödediğimiz bir otelin bize gösterdiği bu muameleye rağmen oda ve rahatlığı takdir edilecek düzeyde. Personelin tavırları düzeltildiği ve herkese gereken özen gösterildiği takdirde hakettiği puanı alacağına zerre şüphem yok.

Personel çok kibar ve saygılı, otel temiz, oda sıcak, yataklar rahat, kahvaltı güzeldi. Akşam canlı müzik vardı yemek yemedik ama yemekler de güzel görünüyordu. Kars’ta kalınacak tek ve en iyi otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
