This hotel felt more like a more open and friendly environment and the receptionist all friendly and spoke English and French, rooms are small but clean and modern and restaurant and bar full of people there, right in center of Sao Paulo, this was affordable and better than the $150 hotels i stayed at before this, when im back in Sao Paulo ill stay here, all international travelers if dont mind the space should stay here

A localização é privilegiada, ao lado do metrô Consolação, podendo-se deslocar-se para qualquer ponto da cidade. No quesito check-in, ficou um pouco a desejar, porque começa as 15h, então nesse caso, caso o hóspede chegue mais cedo, terá que pagar mais vite reais por hora por taxa de antecipação e isso não é muito comum, levando-se em conta que a maioria dos check-ins ocorrem por volta das 12h. O quarto foi excelente, porém o box deixava passar água para o lado de fora.

Eu sempre fico no hotel. A localização do hotel é fantástica, tem tudo perto. O que mais me incomoda é que há variação entre quartos. Eu já fiquei em quartos excelentes, mas também já fiquei em quartos onde as instalações não são tão boas. Nesta estadia, a televisão do meu quarto estava soltando e os canais da TV que acessavam a internet travavam direto. O frigobar também fazia barulhos intermitentes.
