Nice clean, tidy hotel in a decent location. Room and shower where a little on the small side but more than adequate for a short stay. Could do with better fans / air coolers in the room. It gets quite warm.

Amazing staff. Shout out to Kim, she was incredibly helpful. Location was very good and central to walk and catch the train at Victoria. Room was small, but to be expected for the location. Would recommend.

Wish we’d caught everyone’s names. Kim was the last person we spoke to and she was lovely, but the whole team were like that for the full two days. Two room issues. Broken telly, room power cut. Sorted both times without any fuss. Rooms were fine. Clean, comfortable, did the job. The people though. That’s why we’ll be back.
