Excellent choice for a hotel.

Hotel was amazing. All staff were super friendly and helpful. It is directly across the street from the Ford Center. The only negative is there is really no self parking, the only parking option is valet. But a simple scan of the valet ticket sends a text message to the valet and you car is always ready by the time you are ready to walk out the door. Very nice hotel.

Disappointed at best.

Hotel was not advertised on Hotels.com as valet only and it is. Staff did not seem to care if you were staying or not. Hotel was dirty for what it is advertised to be. The room and halls lacked vacuuming. The ice machine was broken on our floor. This hotel is not the high end hotel it pretends to be. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Renaissance at Legacy for the same money or less and have twice the experience.

Upon check-in, we were given welcome drinks. Our room was spacious & beautiful. The beds were fluffy and cozy all night. The property offers a lot of amenities, however we were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t have time for all the wonderful things offered. There is a nice walking park next to the hotel. It’s perfect walking distance to the Star. A simple stroll down the block and you’re in the middle of the Star.

Stay was nice, only things we were not impressed by is pool bar closed at 7 so we had to leave pool and go to the first floor for drinks and we tried to order room service at 9:30 pm and it was closed so had to get a delivery service.

I appreciated that they sent me texts during my stay to ensure everything was going well. The corner suite was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless.
