Great time at Trang Trang luxury hotel

Located in the centre of city, it is very near Hoan Kiem lake and night market. The staff was very helpful to introduce for me about some places to see. They booked Halong bay 2 days 1 night for me with the reasonable price with amazing tour. My room is very nice with hot shower . I will introduce this hotel for my friends

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the staff were proud of “their” hotel. The only downside was the size of our first room. It was tiny. We had nowhere to put our luggage except on the floor in our way to the bathroom. It also had a window out to the corridor which was not acceptable. The noise of the comings and goings. Also the corridor light was on all night which the window blinds did not blockout. The people were lovely and it was as clean. Bed comfortable

Detta hotell borde ta bort ordet Luxury från namnet! Bedrövlig standard, väldigt små rum, slitet och trasigt! Handdukarna var tunna som gamka tvätttrasor. Personalen otrevlig och inte serviceminded. Detta hotell borde klassas som vandrarhem! Dålig frukost också!
