Excellent hotel! We had stayed at another one of their properties a few weeks prior. The hotel staff communication and help is out standing! They booked us a taxi to get to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor, would request a lower floor next time….so many stairs 😳. Would highly recommend this property!

The view and balcony was nice, centrally located. The room was nice for the price. I didn’t expect there to not be a reception desk or person to greet us. To which I found out we had to message the property in advance to check in with a code. My husband called and got that information pretty quickly. My only two complaints about the room is first that the water temperature is very inconsistent (at least in our room) it would go from cold to boiling hot in a repetitious cycle. The second complaint is what we think was bed bugs. Me and my husband ended our two night stay with a cumulative of close 20 bites. On my face, neck, arms, legs. Fairly disappointed about that. I messaged the property and have not heard back from them regarding the issue. So for this reason I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and a short walk away from the museum, sites, and excellent restaurants. Tsampika and the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond with service and any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Heraklion.

A very convenient location since walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below.
