Excellent owner/operators and safe place. The stairs to the second floor aren’t great and sound travels through the walls but if you aren’t a light sleeper, it’s perfect.

The room was clean, and the bathroom has been nicely updated and was very clean as well. The staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. However, the bed is pushed against the wall, which isn't very convenient for two people, especially if someone needs to get up during the night. The room also had a noticeable damp, musty smell and very little soundproofing between rooms. There is a railway nearby with frequent train traffic throughout the night, so it can be quite noisy. Overall, the cleanliness and friendly welcome were definitely appreciated.
