Hotel is in a great location in the Old Town for easy access to main square and the castle. It is a small hotel with quiet, clean rooms in a historic building with lots of character. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has lots of options in room shared with Black Duck restaurant. Orangery is calm and relaxing space with seating and tables along with complementary coffee machine. Staff all friendly and helpful

Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and booked our table at The Black Duck and organised our taxi transfers back to the airport. My only criticism was the poor lighting in our hotel room. Overall a fabulous hotel which I would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

The hotel is perfectly situated for everything you want to see and do in the old town. Staff were helpful and all went smoothly. I have stayed here a number of times and have never been disappointed
