Beautiful old hotel, very dog friendly.

It is definitely and old and dated building, but the interior decorating is visually appealing and the rooms are comfortable. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was and it's convenient location within the town of South Lake Tahoe.

This hotel is way too overpriced compared to what they offer. Actual condition is not like what it looks on the pictures. Very outdated, ugly and old. Can't believe we paid 350$ for one night at such an ugly motel.

Despite its grim and dim appearance

In contrast to the advertisement, the room depicted in the picture appeared to be rather unclean. The elevator was surprisingly small, and the parking area was dimly lit and compact. The breakfast was disappointing, primarily consisting of coffee and muffins. However, it is worth noting that the hotel is conveniently located near a lakeside beach.

Won’t stay here again. The whole property is run down. One of the stairwells doesn’t even go all the way to the ground and is caution taped off. Location was nice and walkable to the concert venue at Cesar’s.

The property was well situated and priced reasonably. You can tell the rooms have been renovated, and very clean. From the entrance I couldn’t tell that the rooms would be so nice. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return in the future! (It would have been even better if the hotel had access to the nearby beach, as some of the other hotels have.)
