While the apartment itself was spacious and the location worked well, the overall experience was severely let down by the unavailability of advertised core amenities. Prior to booking, I received an email confirming that the indoor spa facilities would be operational daily between 9 and 9. However, the entire indoor spa, heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna were completely drained and locked, with a sign confirming closure until mid-October. The poolside bar was also closed down prematurely for the season despite listed dates, and the living room sofas were covered in loose white bedsheets, something I've never seen anywhere I've ever stayed before. The double bed mattress was ok but the single mattresses in the twin room were poor quality. Be aware that the spa facilities may be decommissioned without warning so if you are booking specifically for a wellness or spa break, I strongly recommend getting double confirmation from management before traveling, or booking elsewhere. The outdoor pool was well maintained and overall the place was spotlessly clean and cleaning and maintenance staff were very friendly.

We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. This is most definately the first time that has ever happened to us. At 20 Euros for a hour to use the sauna (which necessitated phoning reception to ask someone to come and turn it on), which included heating-up time, it just wasn't worth it (although we were also offered a discount). If we were to exclude the Spa issues, it would be a 5 star rating. We would recommend use of a car as it is tricky to get to, and there isn't much in the way of infrastructure nearby (it is possible to walk down to the shop by the petrol station but it is a slog walking back up the hill).

Very nice and well kept place with so friendly staff at the hotel and pool bar. Garden and pool area beautiful, plenty of chairs and no need to reserve those. Pool bar is very good for drinks, lunch and dinner and the staff is very friendly. Overall I would recommend this place and will most likely come back!
