Hotel located in a quiet area which was easily accessible by bus 7 or 7e, ie right opposite or a 10 min walk to Mestre train station. Welcoming staff, room was nice and comfortable. Bed ensured a good nights sleep and bathroom gives you everything you need. A nice breakfast to start the day, not a lot of choice but ok to get you going. Nice also that there is a free coffee machine for during the day.

Staff was kind and helpful. New owners they are working out the little things like a phone in the room that works. They have a handy cap lift other than that u use the stairs.
