I stayed at the Kasa from June 14th-June 17th. It’s a great location, it’s very close to the main places to have fun. However we arrived late at night almost midnight, so we didn’t check over the room til the next morning due to being tired. After checking over everything, we noticed the refrigerator was sticky with noticeable unclean spots on it, we noticed stains on the couch that could have easily been cleaned off, the floor needed to be swept, we found fake eyelashes on the floor that indicated maybe it was not swept, and also the table had a sticky spot on it as well. We traveled with a one year old so we wanted to be extra clean, we wiped things down ourselves. And just a suggested, the wooded nightstands in the rooms could be updated, same with the wooded table in the main area, the wear & tear is noticeable and even small bubbles suggesting maybe water damage. We did contact someone, great fast reply’s on the company’s end I really appreciated that. But it did take like a day in a half for a housekeeper to get to us even though we seen them in the hallways. And when the lady came to clean she ONLY swept & mopped the floor. She didn’t do anything else. And we tried talking to her, but she barely spoke English. I don’t feel like they handled our situation very well, like they didn’t care.
