Wonderful property with fun, unique touches throughout. We loved that you could walk to Magnolia and the Dr. Pepper museum was right around the corner. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, walkable to the best of Waco! Highlights: great smelling soap/shampoo/conditioner, loved the soft facial towel. The breakfast bar was a nice touch with the best tasting sparkling and still water! The negatives: the train that passed by in the middle of the night and early morning, the loud air conditioner (but it was very nice and cool!) and going to bed with wet hair because the hairdryer only blew cold air.

This is a great concept that has a fun vibe and is very close to everything. Cute shops and restaurants in the complex too. My only complaint would be that our room was small. I should have noticed that more when I booked. But we weren’t in the room much and it did have a king bed. Maybe they have larger room options than what I picked. Staff were friendly and the roof top bar is really nice. Located very close to all of the fun attractions too.

The hotel was amazing! From check in, in their cute little lobby with the rug draped check in desk and Courtney, the most helpful person, to the staff at Red Herring restaurant that was accommodating of our dietary restrictions. The room was beautiful, well thought out, with an amazing bathroom and soaking tub. The courtyards made relaxing and reading outside enjoyable. Just a couple of blocks from the Silos, and Fabled bookstore. Literally next door to the Dr. Pepper museum. We walked almost everywhere. My only suggestions would be to tell potential guests about the trains that run by the hotel twice a day, blowing their horns all the way past, and to have more gluten free options available for their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

Check-in took some time. We had to call a number and wait for someone to come, in spite of texting when we’d be arriving. The property was beautifully.done with pretty rooms. There was a basic little breakfast but nowhere to sit to eat it. There was a restaurant/bar that we enjoyed. Had a great glass of complimentary wine in a little shop. The shower was terrific. The room had a pretty bed but on the firm side. Overall, it was an interesting hotel with a lot going on around it. We would stay again.
