8/10 Very good

I really liked the hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms over a week and all were very clean if not luxurious. Staff were helpful with a request I had and the prices I paid felt reasonable. It's very located for train and bus stations, and check in and checkout times were good. I didn't have breakfast. In all 3 rooms, the pillows weren't great.

Location couldn't be much better but most of all thank you to the friendly and helpful staff. We are two travellers with motorcycles and got the best possible help imaginable by resources available. Were able to put our 2mcs in a shared space and keep our bags after original checkout time. Would definitely look to go back if I return to the city.

Nice room, comfortable bed and a great shower. Wonderful staff who went the extra distance for us in arranging a doctor visit for a medical situation. Thanks for all of the help! Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was really good, the staff were friendly and very helpful.Breakfast was great and different each day.The fact that check out time was 12 .00 was very good. The position of the hotel was really central to both the bus station and the bus stop where we could catch the bus number 22 straight to the airport. There were tea and coffee making facilities within the room and the shower was strong with plenty of hot water. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riga.

We stayed here for a fortnight and really enjoyed our time here. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is just a short walk from the old town. There is a very modest charge to park your car.

Simple but clean room. Quiet and close to the old town and river. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Careful - there is another 'hotel' with a very similar name and close by. Nobody available after 18:00 and you are left on your own to figure it out. I would definitely stay there again.
