We had a great time at Ethno Belek hotel. It really delivered. Great panoramic sea view from the rooms, perfectly comfortable bed and bedding, with everything you could possibly need made available in the room. The staff were all very friendly (Cennet was particularly helpful throughout out stay) and the choice of food at their restaurants was second to none. We would be happy to return to Ethno’s again.

Exceptional hotel with amazing service, food, drinks and staff. Stayed in a villa which 100% recommend If you have the funds, we then switched to a casita villa for the last night as the Ethno villa wasn’t available. We prefer the Ethno villa as more private and the swim up rooms over the Casita. This is personal preference we just find them more private. Special mention to Nur, Ece, Sinem and Mahmut (villa assistant) who do a tremendous job of looking after us on every visit. We checked out Monday and have already made a reservation for Friday 😂. Ethno for us is truly a second home. ❤️

Fantastic hotel. Family corner room was perfect for us and 2 kids. Excellent food in all the restaurants - quality far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pools and loads to do. Ethno Kiddo was amazing - best kids club we’ve been to with amazing facilities and super flexible. The staff in the kids club were great, with a brilliant activity program.

Everything was literally Amazing! food options were crazy good. Everything is tasty from the buffet to the le carte restaurants. Many options and buffet daily changes the menu. Pools, beach & facility were always clean and well taken care of. Staff , waiters, bartenders are AMAZING, Sinem was our lady and took a good care of us. Many things to do within the property itself. We booked a beach tube and was so fun.

Beautiful hotel, but poor service and management When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room that was not the one I had booked — it was smaller and didn’t have the jacuzzi that was included in my reservation. I also had to wait about one extra hours after the official check-in time, and no one informed me that my booked room was unavailable until I had already checked in and unpacked my things. When I complained, they admitted it was their mistake and promised to fix it after two days, even though my entire stay was only five days. Two days later, they finally moved me to the correct room, but they didn’t transfer my luggage. When I went to the reception, the staff member was rude and insisted that my bags had already been moved. After searching for about two hours, they finally found my luggage and delivered it to my new room — which still wasn’t clean (there were drink stains on the bed and wall). I asked for compensation for the room mistake, at least one extra night, but they refused and only offered one free day access to a paid swimming pool. At the end of my stay, I requested to extend my booking at my own expense, but the hotel quoted me a price almost 40% higher than the actual online rate. I refused and rebooked through Expedia instead.

Nous avons séjourné à l'Hôtel Ethno Belek et nous en gardons un souvenir absolument remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux et sincère du personnel nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. On sentait que chaque membre de l'équipe était véritablement heureux de nous recevoir, des sourires authentiques, une disponibilité constante et une attention aux détails qui fait toute la différence. Notre chambre (Superior Whirlpool Room Sea View) était impeccable : propre, bien entretenue, rien n'était laissé au hasard. Le ménage était effectué avec soin et régularité. Côté restauration, l'hôtel propose une diversité de restaurants qui ravira tous les palais. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement "NOOR", le restaurant libanais de l'établissement : une cuisine généreuse, aux saveurs authentiques du Levant. Un vrai coup de cœur gastronomique ! Ce qui nous a également facilité le séjour c'est l'application mobile "Ethno" mise à disposition des clients. Grâce à elle, on peut communiquer directement avec le responsable attitré à notre séjour et lui formuler toutes nos demandes de services en temps réel. Une fonctionalité vraiment pratique qui modernise l'expérience hôtelière et évite toute perte de temps. Enfin, mention spéciale aux managers — jeunes, ambitieux et débordants d'idées.
